The object of Poseidon's Pity Pat is to be the first to discard all of the cards in your hand. You accomplish this by matching the cards in your hand with the the hosts' card. Host calls down 6 players. Each player will walk to a 3 deck group of cards. When the host says "Shuffle your cards" all players shuffle their 3 cards. The host will then shuffle a card. Starting with player 1, the player discards any cards that match the hosts card. To discard a card, players click the card and "Use hidden from others". Once player 1 has discarded any matching card(s), Player 2 does the same and so on until each player has discarded their cards that match the host card. When all the players have "discarded" their cards, the host will shuffle again.(Players do NOT shuffle their cards again) Players try matching their remaining cards and "hide" them again. This continues until one player has discarded all their cards. The first player to discard all their cards is the winner of that round. The game will consist of 4 rounds. |
