If you wish to have a bulk engraving done for a wedding, birthday party, memorial or host/player thank you, you will need to submit a bulk engraving request. The Bulk Engravers will contact you either in world or by email to make final time arrangements with you. You (the bulk requester) are responsible for the purchasing of the bulk items, and must have them with you at the time of the engraving. Please plan ahead and have them ready.   Once the items are received, the bulk engraving process typically only takes a few minutes. Total bulk items allowed are...   30 for a memorial 20 for a wedding 10 for a birthday, and 48 for host/player thank you items. These items must be Engravable! Only ONE bulk engraving will be permitted per event for host thank you's. (Host Thank You items may Only be requested by the Sponsored Event Host. One request per event. ALL other engraving guidelines will still apply to Host Thank You's.) Only ONE bulk engraving per host per event will be permitted for player thank you's. (Player Thank You items may Only be requested by a Host that is on the actual event roster at the time of the request. One request per host per event. ALL other engraving guidelines will still apply to Player Thank You's.)  Hosts may pick up their player Thank You gifts the night before the event starts. In the event a host does not carry out the games, the gifts must be returned to their sponsor for disposal. Please note that Player Thank You gifts are for events only, NOT regular games. Records are kept of all bulk engraves, so there will not be any duplicate bulk engravings. Please make sure you have read and understand the guidelines for bulk/all engraving before submitting your request.
