Who will be the best team of the season?
Teams will compete for the title. Win a prize and get points for you team.
Hosts will each get 1 point for every game they host (limit 6)
1st place win = 4 points
2nd place win = 3 points
3rd place win = 2 points
4th place win = 1 point
Hosts must submit this form RIGHT after their game for point to be totaled. Any not received by noon Monday will not be counted.
Winner will be announced no later than Monday following the event.
