2. Look over the vows we have linked to this page.

3. Go over the choices of Certificates and choose one.

4. Go to the Officials page and make sure that the
officiate that you wish to perform your wedding is available.

You will be asked on the request page which vows/ceremony you would like to use.

You will  be asked on the request page if you have read over and understood the guidelines.

You will also be asked if you have contacted your Officiate of choice and have
prearranged a day and time that is acceptable to both you and the Officiate.

You will not be able to finish filling out the form unless you have done so.
