Quest Secrets
Here are a few valuable hints that any questor would do well to remember:
Inspect everything. This means click on everything that you can, read the TMAs and pay attention to special options of interaction.
Keep notes. A good questor will write down clues, keep track of where they were found, and save important text. Have background knowledge. Make sure you do everything you can to learn where you are, who the characters are, what you are doing and why.
Do as you're told. If the quest is kind enough to tell you where you should go next, then go there. Finding items in the order instructed is often very important in the end.
Take on the role of the Quest. This includes speaking with fellow questors and Second Kingcom characters. Ask questions, show concern for the Quest, and get into the role! You'll find it's very fun and addictive. Quest in groups, challenge other friends to a Quest race, or try to throw your friends off the scent!
Be fair. Let everyone have a chance to work things out for themselves. The Quest is meant for all to enjoy and is supposed to challenge everyone. It's much more fun to help someone (and to be helped) than to be told the answers and miss the bulk of the Quest. Instead of giving answers, try to give hints instead, and please only give them in ESP to those who ask for them; someone ghosting by your locale may not yet feel ready to break down and receive a hint.
